Our Concept

Most people look at our apartments and are in awe at how luxurious they are. Our philosophy is a simple one. We take pride in practicality and what others consider as luxury, we consider it to be practical.

For instance, we think the bedroom is for sleeping only. So why would you have a dressing table and wardrobes in there? We have moved these to where they belong, in the bathroom. But that is not all, our bathrooms are spacious enough and is where most of the time is spent when you are preparing yourself to go out. Why else would we take the trouble of having a separate toilet in the bathroom, or have a mini bar and coffee / tea making facilities or a large TV with a comfortable armchair? Been out and got home late? Do not want to disturb your wife who is sleeping. Enter your haven where you can still watch that football match or the golf game on TV that is still going on with beer from the mini bar or a nice hot cup of coffee. Sleeping in late? No problem, your wife will be in the bathroom in complete privacy having showered already, enjoying a nice cup of tea while she settles down to blow dry her hair or prepares her make up while watching the news or a soap opera. You won’t hear a thing and can sleep in as late as you want with no one disturbing you with closets opening and shutting or the hair dryer humming.

Our living rooms are a huge 8 x 8 meters and are the kind of rooms you want to have a grand piano. A perfect place for meeting and entertaining guests. Specially when you open the large windows on to your expansive balcony.
